MAWI partners with purpose-driven organisations to navigate change, connect perspectives and shape new possibilities for lasting impact.
Read what is shifting, recognise what should endure and choose a direction with confidence.
Bring leaders, teams, partners and evidence into a shared view of what matters.
Turn alignment into choices, models and practical paths that people can carry forward.
What we do
MAWI works alongside leaders and teams at pivotal moments — when direction, alignment and resilience matter more than ready-made answers.
Executive advisory, board support and governance arrangements that reinforce trust and accountability.
Strategic positioning, organisational development and practical roadmaps for sustainable progress.
Context-aware strategies for fragile and rapidly evolving environments.
Partnership architecture, stakeholder engagement and resource mobilisation built around shared value.
Strategic reviews, institutional evaluations and learning processes designed to inform real decisions.
Opportunity assessment, business models and governance options for new ventures and revenue pathways.
How we work
We begin with context — the history, people, power dynamics and ambitions that shape every organisation.
We bring together people, evidence and experience to reveal the choices that truly matter.
We translate reflection into decisions, ownership and practical next steps that teams can carry forward.
Experience in context
Our work draws on nearly three decades of leadership and advisory experience from both operational and funder perspectives. With extensive experience across WANA, Africa and Europe, MAWI brings together international perspective and deep regional understanding.
